1. Program Description
ZiroCore LLC ("ZiroCore," "we," "us," or "our") operates SMS messaging programs through the following platforms to communicate with customers and users who have voluntarily opted in to receive text messages:
Stratos CRM — Lead Nurturing & Drip Campaigns
Stratos CRM is a real estate CRM platform operated by ZiroCore LLC. It sends automated SMS messages to opted-in contacts on behalf of real estate professionals. Messages include:
- Automated lead follow-up and drip campaign messages
- Appointment reminders and scheduling confirmations
- Open house notifications and property updates
- Promotional offers related to real estate services
Some messages may be sent by an automated AI assistant ("Sarah") on behalf of the real estate agent. Sarah may initiate or continue conversations, schedule follow-ups, and send property information. Recipients are notified of AI-assisted messaging during the opt-in process and within messages where applicable.
This is a mixed-use messaging program encompassing both transactional and promotional (marketing) content.
SocialHub — Account Notifications
SocialHub is a SaaS social media management platform operated by ZiroCore LLC. It sends SMS notifications to registered users. Messages include:
- Login alerts and new device notifications
- OAuth authorization confirmations
- Account activity and security notifications
SocialHub messages are transactional in nature (account notifications only).
2. How to Opt In
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from ZiroCore LLC through one or more of the following methods:
- Checking the SMS consent checkbox on the ZiroCore LLC website contact form at zirocore.com/contact
- Providing your phone number and checking the SMS opt-in box during Stratos CRM or SocialHub account registration
- Submitting the Stratos CRM SMS opt-in form at zirocore.com/stratos-sms-optin.html
- Texting START to (405) 730-0434
- Providing verbal consent during a phone call or in-person interaction with a ZiroCore representative
- Completing a physical or digital opt-in form provided by ZiroCore
Consent is always freely given. You are not required to opt in to SMS as a condition of purchasing any product or service from ZiroCore LLC.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your account activity and preferences. You may receive up to several messages per week, though in many cases the frequency is lower. We do not send unsolicited bulk messages.
4. Message & Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. ZiroCore LLC does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier may charge for text messages sent or received. Contact your carrier for details.
5. How to Opt Out
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To unsubscribe:
- Reply STOP, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, or QUIT to any text message you receive from us
- Email us at [email protected] with "SMS OPT OUT" in the subject line
After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message: "You have been unsubscribed from ZiroCore LLC SMS messages. You will receive no further messages. Contact [email protected] for assistance."
Your opt-out will be processed immediately upon receipt of your STOP request.
6. How to Get Help
If you need help with our SMS program, reply HELP or INFO to any message from us. You will receive the following response:

7. Supported Carriers
Our SMS program is supported by all major U.S. wireless carriers, including (but not limited to): AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, and Metro by T-Mobile. Carrier availability may vary. ZiroCore LLC is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier limitations.
8. Confirmation Message
Upon successfully opting in, you will receive the following confirmation message:
"You have opted into Stratos CRM (ZiroCore LLC) SMS alerts. Recurring automated msgs, some AI-assisted. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help. Terms: https://zirocore.com/sms-terms.html"
9. Privacy and Data Use
Your phone number and consent information are collected solely for the purpose of sending you SMS communications as described in this program. We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in consent, or any associated information with third parties or affiliates for marketing, promotional, or advertising purposes. Mobile information is used solely to deliver the SMS messages you have opted in to receive through ZiroCore LLC programs. This non-sharing commitment applies even in the event of a business transfer; SMS opt-in consent is not transferable without your renewed explicit consent. SocialHub
- "Your SocialHub account was accessed from a new device. If this wasn't you, reply HELP. Reply STOP to opt out."
- "SocialHub: A new OAuth authorization was granted to [App Name]. If this wasn't you, reply HELP. Reply STOP to opt out."
11. Modifications
ZiroCore LLC reserves the right to modify these SMS Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
